Pinghu Tianlong Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd is an enterprise that concentrates on R&D, manufacturing and sales of hydraulic cylinders, which was founded in October of 1998.

Tianlong also enjoys a great advantage of its geographical location as it is centered in Danghu- development zone of Pinghu city, to which Shanghai ports are east and the Hangzhou bay lies south going across under that great bridge.

Tianlong owns a 6, 000 square meters standard plant, with 55 employees. Its annual output is around 60, 000 sets of hydraulic cylinders that are mainly exported to North America, Europe and South Africa.

In regard of the machines equipped in Tianlong, all of them are designed and arranged in accordance with international manufacturing standard, among which are automatic welding machines, CNC machine tools, cylinder barrel washing system, 2 large-scale painting lines, 5 sets of cylinder testing equipment as well as the destructive testing equipment designed as per customer' S request of cylinders under dynamic and static condition. Tianlong also keeps completing its manufacturing facilities, including putting 1-1.5 million RMB to upgrade them annually.

Its products can be classified into 7 types-welded cylinders, tie-rod cylinders, telescopic cylinders, servo system cylinders, non-standard/ customized ones, and ones for fork-lifts & automobiles respectively.

Tianlong has been cited as a Credit Enterprise of Pinghu in 3 consecutive years by Pinghu Municipal Industrial & Commercial Office and also as a AAA credit enterprise by Pinghu Rural Cooperation Bank. We have obtained the ISO9001: 2000 quality system certificate for quality management.
